TGFCN is committed to delivering high-quality services and digital products. This Refund Policy explains what is eligible for a refund.

1. Digital Services (Consulting, Marketing, Strategy)

All consulting and digital marketing services are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the work. We will provide reasonable revisions and adjustments to meet agreed-upon deliverables.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Systems)

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product.
• Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.

3. Subscriptions (if applicable)

You may cancel any recurring subscriptions at any time. Refunds for unused subscription time are not provided unless required by law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your purchase receipt and reason for the refund to renavora.com@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
